A total of six (6) hydration sites will be stationed along the race course. It is still highly recommended for you to bring your own hydration belt or a half-empty bottle, which you can refill at the hydration stations.
To ensure the cleanliness of the race track and the safety of all the runners, please dispose of your empty hydration cups in the trash cans.
Portalets are also made available at the start and finish lines, the activity area and the recovery area.
Medics on bicycles, ambulances and security and safety marshals are strategically and visibly stations along the route to ensure you are well-taken care of.
Make sure you accomplish your In Case of Emergency (ICE) Information at the back of your race bib.
