  • A total of six (6) hydration sites will be stationed along the race course. It is still highly recommended for you to bring your own hydration belt or a half-empty bottle, which you can refill at the hydration stations.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the race track and the safety of all the runners, please dispose of your empty hydration cups in the trash cans.
  • Portalets are also made available at the start and finish lines, the activity area and the recovery area.
  • Medics on bicycles, ambulances and security and safety marshals are strategically and visibly stations along the route to ensure you are well-taken care of.
  • Make sure you accomplish your In Case of Emergency (ICE) Information at the back of your race bib.
